Returns

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
1. The items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
2. The items are returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@aemsportswear.com with the following details:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please process a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@aemsportswear.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can quickly resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
